Strapit Shipping Policy
Orders placed through the Strapit website are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours during normal business days (Monday to Thursday). Orders placed late Thursday evening or over the weekend will generally be processed on the next business day (Monday). We are closed on major public holidays and orders will not be dispatched on these days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation confirming that we have received your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email.
Backorders
If an item in your order becomes temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email and provide an estimated dispatch date for the backordered item(s).
If the estimated dispatch time is not acceptable, we can issue a refund for the backordered item(s) to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed. We may also suggest alternative suppliers or replacement products where possible.
