Returns

Products that are found to be defective when received can be returned for a full credit. Items supplied as part of an incorrect order may be returned or exchanged within 30 days, provided they are in resalable condition.

Please note that items damaged during freight cannot be returned to us; the receiver must lodge a freight damage claim directly with the shipping carrier.

All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization issued by Strapit Sports Tapes USA. Any parcels returned without the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
