Strapit USA provides FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD across the United States. Orders under $100 will incur a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.
We offer fast and reliable delivery nationwide, with most orders arriving within 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (CST) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a suitable alternative, backorder, or full refund.

Returns
Strapit USA offers a flexible return and exchange policy.
If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. You will have to cover the return freight charge.
Once received and inspected, we will offer you the choice of:
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Refund
Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
If your item is found to have a manufacturing fault or is the wrong item you purchased, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or issue a credit in line with the manufacturer’s warranty.
No re-delivery fee will be charged for faulty item replacements or incorrect product sent.
